Would you force your friends to date each other for extra credit?

As part of their friend's sociology assignment, two good friends, Beryl and Cleo, wind up trying to date each other. Will their friendship continue or could new feelings blossom?

Lakeview is a short shoujo-ai/horror visual novel with four possible endings.

This game was made in 2016 for a Becker IGDA 24-hour game jam. A new version has been uploaded featuring bug fixes and minor spelling corrections. The game is otherwise the same as in the original 2016 version.

The original jam build of the game had a bug that caused the endings to not work correctly, so we have finally added a finished version in which all four endings can be obtained. These endings were all written in 2016-2017. The art and music is exactly the same as before.

In addition, we have added several new versions of the game. Lakeview can now be played in browser, and there are downloadable versions for Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. (The original jam build of the game for Windows can also still be downloaded, but keep in mind that this version is unfinished.)
